Last updated November 8, 2026. By using Indie Torch you agree to these terms with Orosfort Private Limited. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Indie Torch (indietorch.com) is run by Orosfort Private Limited ("Orosfort", "we", "us").
The service
The Indie Torch website is a weekly launchpad where makers list products and the community votes. We may change, pause or end any part of the service at any time.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 where local law requires).
- Give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One person, one account. Do not create accounts to vote for yourself or others.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you submit. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, resize and promote it on Indie Torch and in our social posts, feeds and emails. This ends when you delete the content, except for copies already shared or in backups.
Only submit products and media you have the right to share, and that follow our Community Guidelines.
Acceptable use
- No spam, fake votes, vote trading, vote pools or automated voting.
- No illegal, hateful, deceptive or harmful products or content.
- No scraping that harms the site, probing for vulnerabilities, or bypassing rate limits or bot checks.
- No impersonation or misleading claims about a product.
Moderation
We may reject, unpublish, edit or remove content, reset votes and suspend or close accounts at our discretion, with or without notice, especially for breaches of these terms. To appeal a decision, email hello@indietorch.com.
Copyright
We respond to valid copyright complaints. See our Copyright and Takedown Policy.
Sponsorships
Sponsored placements are covered by the Advertising Policy.
Third-party products and links
Products and links on Indie Torch belong to their makers. We do not endorse them, and we are not responsible for their content, security or practices. Deal with them at your own risk.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that rankings will be accurate.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Orosfort Private Limited, its directors, employees and affiliates are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to USD 100. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You can stop using the site and delete your account at any time. We can end your access if you break these terms. Sections that should survive termination, such as content licence, disclaimers and liability limits, do.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
