Advertising Policy
Last updated November 8, 2026. These rules apply to sponsors who book a slot through the Advertise page.
Indie Torch (indietorch.com) is run by Orosfort Private Limited ("Orosfort", "we", "us").
Placements
Sponsor slots appear in the home page side rails and as one sponsored row in the weekly list. Sponsored placements are always marked as sponsored. Sponsors do not get extra votes and never change the leaderboard order.
Booking and payment
- Slots are booked by email and run for a set week or weeks.
- Slots are free while the platform is young. If we introduce a price, we will confirm it in writing before you pay.
- If paid slots are introduced, you can cancel a booking before it starts for a full refund. After it starts, fees are not refundable unless we fail to show your placement.
Ad content
- Sponsors must follow our Community Guidelines.
- Claims must be true and provable. No misleading, shocking or adult content.
- You must have the rights to the logos and text you send.
- Links must go to the product you described, with no forced downloads or hidden redirects.
Our rights
We may decline, edit or remove any ad at any time. If we remove a paid ad for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund the unused part of the fee.
Data
We do not give sponsors personal data about visitors. We may share aggregate numbers such as views and clicks on request.
